Hi

I normally take my watch off when going to the hot sauna and steam room, however I noticed some people come in wearing their apple watches, I keep wondering if this is safe especially for the battery to be exposed to such high temperatures and for the watch electronics overall ?

I still think it is unsafe but correct me if I’m wrong

    I use mine in a dry sauna once a week or so. My previous watch quit working after 2-3 years, and my current watch I’ve used for maybe 4 months so far.
