Multipar Archive and Create Recovery Files error

right click on the folder and select Multipar - Archive and Create Recovery Files… 7zip GUI comes up… I select the options I want i.e, split size… and away it runs 7 zip exits… multipar errors cannot find 7-zip archive … the 7zip files are located in the source folder that the folder that contains the source files exist.
