It’s always nice having a free market for one of the basic human needs. The suplier will definetly not abuse their market power over the consumer.
No shit. But yeah, having studies to prove it always helps.

Thats just absurd
Unfortunately that’s not an exception anymore. In many places it is worse. For instance, the same flat in Amsterdam would cost around 1400 euro per month.
#TaxWealth #TaxWealthNotWork it’s quite simple actually.
The uber-wealthy own too much and are forcing us to subscribe for its usage for higher and higher prices while they buy up more and more. If we don’t tax their wealth, the cycle will continue.
