Imma try to do the math:

    2 USB-C and 2 USB-A cards $36
    16GB Crucial 3200MHz RAM (2 8GB sticks) $43

You can get legal copies of Windows 11 Home edition for $25. They’re usually OEM keys that were never used and are now being re-sold. To the best of my knowledge, these are perfectly legal.

I was excited at first, but the price still seems a bit high for both the factory seconds displays and the performance drop from older hardware. Too bad about the lack of i5 boards, that would’ve probably helped.

Seems like a deal to me.

I’ve got a WiFi card and an 500GB NVMe both sitting in a drawer doing nothing. All I’d have to do is pick up new RAM and 4 adapters.

Would make a great little Linux laptop random web surfing, etc.

I just ordered because of this. I have extra ram and storage. I have a wifi card available but wanted the wifi 6 option available. Super excited because I’ve been wanting a framework for some time
