I think poles is going to make an argument to keep EberLose. He really likes him and has confidence in him.

I think we need an offensive coach that can evaluate, develop and scheme for a QB. I could be sold on a defensive coach under the right circumstances, but would be a difficult sell.

We need to get Flus and Getsy out of the damn building, bring in a new, hopefully competent, staff that will be a part of the QB evaluation going into the offseason. Let them and Poles (or possibly new GM) figure out the best path forward for QB.

Definitely not an expert, but I’d be super happy with Waldron or Ben Johnson at this point. I would be able to get behind whatever they decide to do with QB going forward.

What gives you any faith that he will be fired? I hope he is, but also am pretty confident in George’s ability to still fuck up
