Someone head needs to roll. This is unacceptable for any franchise to lose a 12 or lead with 4 mins left in the game. There needs to be some accountability.

I don’t understand the play calling the second to last drive of the game. Why are we playing conservative and forfeiting the ball back over. It’s not the first time this season either
