Losing is a sign of a bigger problem with the Chicago Bears. Matt Eberflus is not to blame when losing has been an organizational problem for decades.

    Bears ownership is dysfunctional but Eberflus hasn’t shown he is anything more than a defensive coordinator.

      Even his abilities as a DC are mediocre. I genuinely don’t know what compelled Chicago to put him in charge of the rebuild.
