I am looking at buying the Apple Watch Series 9. What is the sleep tracking accuracy like? Are the reports detailed/helpful?

Apple Watch sleep stage tracking is as accurate as possible. Only drawback (which is kind of ridiculous that it’s a drawback that Apple doesn’t want to change) is that you have to set a sleep schedule and the watch will only record sleep within that time frame. If you end up sleeping before the start of the sleep schedule or wake up after the end of the sleep schedule, it does not recognize that time as sleep
