iPhone been like this for about 30 mins… anyone have any idea what’s going on? Every time i try to turn on the power it goes to this. Anyone experience something similar? Thanks

It is empty and needs to be charged. If you plug in the charger and don’t see the charging animation your lightning port is likely dirty and not making contact with the connector (very likely looking at the state of that phone). Take a toothpick and remove all the lint from the lightning port, it should now charge and start up on it’s own once the battery is full enough.
your battery is fucked up
Try a different charger. If not it might just be the battery.
- Try a different charging cable
- Try a different power block
- Try a different wall outlet
- Buy a new battery and replace it if none of those things worked
If you have a needle, clean out the charging port. Scrape until you finally remove the accumulated lint. This should resolve the problem, then charge.
