Dell 730XD rear flex bay (bay 13) not working

Hi All -

I have a Dell 730xd fully populated in the front. I want to use the rear flex bay as app/cache drives. For some reason only one of the flex bay slots are working - bay 13 just wont work. I’ve tried SAS drives… SSD drives no luck. I even tried to use a different SAS connector to the front back plane.

Anyone have any ideas? BTW the controller is a HB330 mini flashed to IT mode for Truenas if that matters… Thanks in advance!
