CYNC has been connecting with my Amazon Alexa since I purchased it two years ago. We had a power reset issue and now ever since, when I ask Alexa to turn off the kitchen lights it says “two things share that name, bar lights and kitchen lights, which one do you want?”. Those aren’t even the same names! I have uninstalled the light switches and deleted them from Alexa and then reconnected them with the app again just for it to continue saying the same thing. I double checked the rooms in CYNC, they aren’t in the same room name or anything. Any ideas.

    I have had same problem with Alexa asking “which one” with Homeseer. Used to work, then suddenly did not. It seemed like after a couple of repeats the problem cleared. Alexa learns from mistakes. I don’t know why she suddenly got confused.
