anyone read or watched Life Animated?
It’s about an autistic person who communicates via Disney quotes.
I read the first chapters, but some parts seem fake. Plus, I don’t have much tolerance for “autism parent” perspectives. The author says he wanted his kid to be a famous successful person & how he wants to “reach inside” & connect with his son who “vanished” when his autism became apparent. “Changeling” narratives make me uncomfortable.
