Hi all,
Everyday when I wake up my watch is telling me “your bpm was between X and X longer than 10 minutes below 40”
I didn’t really payed to much attention on it, until I googled it. I see a lot of mix answers; It’s dangerous, it’s healthy, it’s a sport heart, go to the doctor.
Does anyone has the same?
Of all the advice you found online, go to your doctor is the only correct answer. Dr. Reddit is untrustworthy at best, downright grossly incredibly negligent at worst.
