Hi all,
Everyday when I wake up my watch is telling me “your bpm was between X and X longer than 10 minutes below 40”
I didn’t really payed to much attention on it, until I googled it. I see a lot of mix answers; It’s dangerous, it’s healthy, it’s a sport heart, go to the doctor.
Does anyone has the same?
If having a low resting heart rate is normal for you and you are feeling well probably you are fine 👍
