I need your advice guys

My ADHD brain constantly forgets everything. Often I need to memorise something/adding to-do item and it needs to be BARE MINIMUM EFFORT otherwise I will just skip it.

Os there a way Apple Watch can help? Can I create shortcut on watchface or use buttons for note-taking?

I know I can long-press Digital Crown and ask Siri to make a note/add to-do, but I’d like to fast forward the Siri part and just dictate my note after pressing ONE button. Is it possible?

You can add the voice memos complication to a Smart Stack. That’s what I do on my long commute. I swipe up and tap the voice notes and talk away! Now, the key is that you have to go back and listen to those notes later. (I have a recurring note on my calendar to listen to voice notes.) Along with that, I also ask Siri to set a reminder to “insert task/note” for today/or tomorrow. My reminders feed into my calendar automatically, so I see them later. Not sure if you use Reminders, but that might be something you can try also.

Correct. That’s why I go back and listen to mine and then write down whatever it was that I needed to remember or do. Most of the time it’s just me rambling and I only need to write down a minimal amount. (I have a 80 minute commute.)

When I want something to be text on my calendar, I press my Carplay button for Siri to begin listening and say “Add a Reminder to do such and such today” and it’s fed directly into my calendar. (Reminders feed into the calendar I use automatically.)

Of course if you don’t use Reminders that way, you can also say “Remind me to do such and such at a specific date and time.” Then you’ll get a Reminder for that. I find that to be helpful too.
