Is there a list of apps that support 120 hz and ones that are capped at 80 hz?

I’m mainly interested in 120 hz while reading and scrolling up and down. Do the web browsers, news apps, Reddit app, etc run at 80hz or 120 hz?

    it’s well documented that the iPhone almost never hits 120hz during normal use, I think only games get up to that level.
