For those of you that got a DIY with a windows key, did your key take a long time after your FW was delivered? I contacted support and they haven’t gotten back to me. I understand they’re probably very busy. I just don’t understand why it’s taking so long when it took 2 days to ship all the way from Taiwan and they can’t give me a digital key lol. I can still use my laptop obviously, just the activate windows is annoying as hell.

Iirc the estimated time for support to get to your ticket is about a week. Did you get your installation of windows on the ssd included, or did you install it yourself? Because with the first option, it probably should have been activated already.
If you bought one yourself, you should have gotten an installation key yourself as well. It’s cheaper. Did you check your framework profile yet? Maybe they link them into your order.
I had to install it myself. It’s supposed to be under digital purchases and it just says “confirming your order for a digital license. Please check back shortly to redeem your license key.”
I can’t help OP, but for others doing DIY with Windows, since it’s the same price, you’re better off getting the license direct from Microsoft instead of ordering the license from Framework
