Hey there - I’m in Germany for at least another month and I broke my iPhone. It was dropped and now has a black screen and a few fun vertical lines.

I’m considering just buying a new phone from Apple Germany. Are there any problems or things I need to consider? What should I know?

My current phone has a physical SIM. I could consider getting the screen fixed but I did this once already in Germany and the screen constantly malfunctioned with the “ghost screen” effect. Which is another reason why I’m considering replacing it all together.
