Coming from a thinkpad x250 hackbook running monterey, been using it for 2months , I’d say that my experience with macos so far was flawless as for a hackintosh (mainly using fusion360 , sketchup pro, filmora) . Im considering getting a refurbished minimum spec m1 air as my first product apple product (im poor XD) , how better will it be compare to my hackbook and how long will it last for me ?(i need good built quality and rigidity)

Yes, it will be significantly better (even the 8gb is still really good). For the built quality/rigidity apple stays the best. The battery life is impressive, the screen is amazing, the trackpad is so much more comfortable to use compared to windows laptops. Overall everything’s better, just use it as much as possible plugged in with the app Aldente (and make sure that the battery is not charging) to preserve the battery life.

In my opinion, absolutely. I actually think the M1 MacBook Air is the best value computer Apple has ever offered, and even at full retail price right now I’d buy another in a heartbeat if mine failed. Hell, I may buy another regardless

Absolutely, it’s still an incredible all-around device far superior to any windows laptop in the same price range
