    You’re the same as me.

I had been using Android since the Galaxy S2. Moved to the 13 Pro Max last year and my 15 Pro Max this year.

You don’t have anything to worry about, at all! Everything has been excellent for me, and it will for you, too.

As Salloumk says, Apple ship an extraordinarily high amount of devices and their customer support is second to none. It’ll be fine. Just look forward to using your new device.

Long time Note/Ultra user, switched to 15 pro max few weeks ago. You have nothing to worry about, it’s a great phone, no issues here whatsoever (except getting used to it). No burn-in, no display issues of any kind, battery life is insane, just relax my man. This thing just works.

People who don’t have problems with their purchase tend not to post about it, so you get a misrepresentation of results. Also I discovered that a small number of complaint posts here turned out to be fakes or the same person repeatedly posting, deleting, and reposting complaints to inflate the numbers. While that happens every year, it seems to be happening more this year.

This morning starts day 9 with my 15 PM. It works as designed with no issues. I’m on the stable release is iOS 17.1, from what I’ve noticed many of the 15 PM complaints have come from people running beta software.
