Hey everyone,

I recently got the Apple Watch Ultra 2, and I’ve got to vent my frustration. I’m an avid runner and have always relied on the Nike Run Club (NRC) app for tracking my runs. To my surprise and annoyance, this “ultra” watch has consistently FAILED to record heart rate and calorie data during my runs with NRC.

I mean, seriously, Apple? We’re talking about one of the premier health and fitness devices in the market paired with a top-tier running app. I was expecting a seamless integration and top-notch performance. Instead, I get blank stats post-run. It’s not just an isolated incident either; it’s been consistently messing up.

What’s the point of shelling out premium $$$ for a watch that can’t even reliably capture basic fitness data? The entire reason I upgraded was for enhanced fitness tracking. It’s maddening!

Has anyone else experienced this? Any fixes or workarounds? I’ve tried the usual—restarting the watch, reinstalling the app, checking for updates—but no luck. I’m seriously considering returning the watch if this isn’t resolved.

Rant over. Just needed to vent. If anyone has any insights, please share. Stay fit and stay frustrated (if you have the Ultra 2, that is)!

In NRC: Profile > Settings > Run settings > setup Apple Watch. Make sure you have 4 green ticks
