    When people on here say “What you think the owner hasn’t thought of that already? You think the GM hasn’t thought of that already? These people are professionals!” I’m pointing out that these professional dumbasses hired Josh McDaniels and we all knew it would be terrible but they still didn’t, just like we knew trading Claypool for a second was stupid, and having Jeff Saturday as a coach would be terrible

      And yet there will still somehow always be fans who will retort to you questioning with literally any decision with “Yeah well they’re the professionals here. There’s a reason they’re getting paid to run a football team and you arent!”

      And like yeah, sure, on any given football decision or take they’re more likely to be right than me. But that doesn’t mean that a fan can never be right when the professional is wrong. They’re humans too lmao

      Do you think fans who say shit like that get surprised when a restaurant messes up their order because “the cooks are the professionals here”

      This could have been said about the majority of recent Raiders HCs and been correct on account of the “get fired mid-season” half.
