I received my new phone yesterday but with all the bad press and problems I’m thinking of just returning it. I haven’t even opened the box. What would you do?

lol. The bad press are the minority and people making things out to be a MUCH bigger than it is. I’ve had the phone since launch and literally love everything about it, as darn close as you can get to a perfect phone. You can also see the many other users equally as happy.

It’s new tech, and with new tech comes problems. It went from a few people testing them out, to being mass produced. Apple’s customer service has always been great (to me at least) and if you have any issues, you have 15 days to return it. A lot of the negatives were coming from tech YouTubers trying to incite android fanboys imo. Even a lot of Samsung users talking about the heating issues. Sorry, at least the phone hasn’t exploded yet (I also own a Samsung, not worried about it exploding). Give it a try for yourself and do so with an open mind.

I’ve had my 15PM for a week now. I came from 13PM and I do not regret it. The lighter/smaller feel despite same screen size. Battery is comparable to my 13PM even with AOD. I charged it to 100% last Thursday and 24 hours later it was still at 33%. I average 7.5-8 hours screen time.

iPhone 15 pro max user here who knew damn well about the problems and bought the phone anyways, keep your phone. The problems are just over exaggerated press. Enjoy your new phone!

I swear sometimes it feels like people have completely forgotten that there is such a thing as warranty…

Bad press is just publicity. The attention around the Pro family has increased greatly and sales are very high. Very few real problems compared to the pieces sold. Furthermore, if you bought it from Apple you have 14 days to return it if you don’t like it.

Posts like this are so dumb, no offence, all the problems? What problems? One guy managing to crack the back glass? If you intend on trying your hardest to bend the phone then maybe just keep the 13.

There several major problems with the 15PM including the heating problem and the display burn-in problem.

All those issues were addressed. Heating also affected older iPhones as well for many users not just 15’s.

All of those were software bugs effecting all models that have been fixed already? Literally not an issue anymore so what’s the problem

Yeah not major issues at all. You’ve been tricked by media outlets trying to farm clicks any way they can. Those issues were purely software related and have been fixed. Issues with glass breaking easier are completely false.

It had a few issues which have all been solved. Other than the rare outlier that has a manufacturing defect you’ll be fine.

I’ve had my 15 Pro Max since day one zero issues.

Long story short don’t buy into all the internet hysteria and enjoy your new phone.
