Rich Eisen reacts to the Chicago Bears “crapshoot” of sending a 2nd-round pick to the Washington Commanders who will be a free agent after the season.Tune in...
I’m fine with holding off judgment on this trade until the end of the year. Is it risky, hell yeah. Do I trust it will work out? Absolutely not.
I really don’t understand all of the fans calling this trade awful. We used a 2nd round pick to improve our weakest position and add some immediate support. For those saying we could’ve just signed him in free agency, what makes you feel like he would’ve even entertained an offer from us if he had other people fighting for his services?
Again I’m not saying he is going to work out for sure, but I can’t get mad at the logic of the deal. Let’s just see how he looks for us and then complain at the end of the year if he sucks
