I have had mine for 1.5 years and I’m at 87%
About the same time I had my SE3 too, just checked the battery, it’s showing 88%.
It’s supposed to drop at some point so yes. Even a 1% drop each month is normal. After every update the phone rechecks and it even does so randomly but even then it’s not always 100% accurate.

That battery health is not accurate. there are ways to check actual cycle count etc on google if you are curious as to how it is really doing
