Previously I used the in-app sleep track. But I hated it. I had to set up sleep schedule and everything. The thing is, not everyday I’m gonna sleep at the time that I set up.
So anyone knows best app to track my sleeping pattern? I just download Sleep++ last night but I don’t think I like it.
I’ve used Sleep Cycle for the last few years. I looked around a couple times but was never convinced that anything else was better. I think it’s definitely worth a shot.
