His scheme relies on a front 4 that we don’t currently have and may not ever have, and teams with good o-lines and a not-braindead QB can pick apart his soft zone bullshit. It’s why they can only look good against bad QBs.
Why do we keep hiring coaches who seem to only have success when they have the perfect talent for their scheme? Or is this just every NFL coach and nobody ever actually fits a scheme to their players?
