Poles and his ego are the only reason Velus is still on the team. He should’ve been cut during training camp. Doesn’t bode well for future Poles mistakes.

It’s not new when you consider turning around to catch a deep pass is pretty much catching a punt. It’s a shame but the guy won’t ever be consistent at anything that requires the ball to touch air to reach him.

VJJ has been an interesting test of Bears fans self-delusion.

He was a reach at best in the draft and a head scratching pick from the get-go, he was awful year 1 with mistakes that 25 year olds should not be making in the NFL, and he’s continued to be awful.

I wish our fans would just be willing to trust their eyes and call things for what they are for once. Sometimes players and coaches are very bad very quickly and we don’t need to wait ~5 years to determine if they’re potentially decent.

there’s just no need to be so toxic to a player that’s trying their hardest out there. He’s not a claypool. He’s clearly doing things right in practice to get back into the lineup each week.

As long as a player is trying their hardest, there’s no need to chastise a member of our team. We’re all on the same side. Grow up.
