As best I can tell they are different videos, from different cameras, or at least cut to different lengths, different annotation, etc.

At around the one minute mark in the vxinstagram url vudeo, she can be seen on the right, with a phone, dressed in a gray jacket, tan… I’m unsure of the correct name for the headwrap.

The onlookers were generally all further away than that camera was, and … they were close to being accurate, saying it was his hand.
They likely heard the snap, but probably didn’t clearly see the uh, forearm deform, along with that snap.
