As the trade deadline approaches and talk increases of a potential trade by the Commanders of pass rusher Montez Sweat and/or pass rusher Chase Young, there's one team ready to make a move on Sweat.
I get that he’s next one up to getting paid, but 1) we have cap space to pay everyone right now, 2) he’s a first round pick, 3) while he isn’t elite, he’s very good and played up to being a late 1st.
The paying team would be giving up a 3rd for half a year of Montez no? 3 + 5 and a late round swap feels realistic. if yall have playoff hopes this year then maybe not
