I think the questions about his arm are perfectly reasonable until he shows it at the NFL level, but I think the narrative is being a little overblown.

Not to mention using a smaller ball in college
Throwing on the run is harder than throwing with a crow hop. And the ball would’ve traveled 50 if not caught
