I am going to be purchasing a MacBook in January and have pretty much decided on the 13in Air but do you really need 16GB of ram? It will be used for School Work, Gaming and Photo editing.

    I regret getting 16… wish I had more. Next laptop will be the pro just to get even more. Laptop is still a monster though.

      I have the M2 Air 24GB 1TB. It is a beast. As long as you don’t need the multiple external displays of the Pro, I think the Air meets 99% of the average person’s needs.
