Admittedly, Ensign Ricky’s fate isn’t shown on screen. However, after Paris beams out with the lone Hirogen survivor, Seven shuts down the simulation which leaves her, Chakotay, Tuvok, and stray bodies… no Ricky.
Didn’t even give him the courtesy of a glorious death.
This website has a tracker for the Voyager population. Not sure of the accuracy since there is no mention of poor “Ensign Ricky”.
