I really love that you’re building a South African instance!
As much as the influx of Europeans to the fediverse is lovely to see, the European/North American bias here is really striking. That’s of course not a problem of too many Europeans, but rather not enough other people.

Hopefully I can get a bunch of South African and Africans to join my instance.
