What's the most private way to create and use Instagram?

Crosspost because still getting used to lemmy

I have to create one for personal reasons. I know it’s inherently un-private, but how can I maximize privacy while creating & using it without running into problems?

New burner phone no sim, only wifi. Use public wifi, dedicated email made specifically for insta at the same as the ig account
