A DHS official went to Los Angeles in June to brief officers on the new policy ahead of an immigration enforcement action, two administration officials told NBC News.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers began forcibly entering homes without judicial warrants last summer, two administration officials told NBC News.

An internal document, dated May 12, 2025, but made public by two whistleblowers earlier this week, told officers they could rely on an administrative warrant to enter homes if there was an order to remove someone from the country.

Administrative warrants are signed by officials in ICE field offices and generally permit officers and agents to make arrests — a lower legal standard than a warrant signed by a judge or magistrate, which is broadly what is needed when law enforcement enters a home.

As someone who lives in a van/RV, my perspective is wondering how ICE might approach any of their targeted people who might happen to live in vans/RVs. I wonder if the targeted individuals could just keep moving and keep evading ICE. You can’t really forcefully enter a moving vehicle to kidnap the occupants, right?

I suppose if the van/RV/whatever is parked or stopping for fuel or oil changes or vehicle maintenance or stopping to sleep or go to work to be able to afford to keep rolling, (can’t keep rolling forever) then ICE could get em in those vulnerable moments, but everything about ICE is disgustingly dystopian, terrifying, and unacceptable.

Your van/rv is a weapon, the driver is using the weapon. A squeeling, jack-booted piglet will put themselves in front of your vehicle and even if you are turning, they will kill you.

That exactly what happened to Renee Goode. Please be careful out there

Administrative warrants are not warrants. Even calling them that is buying into their propaganda. Anyone have an idea for a better name?

I got my account permanently shadow banned for posting some diy Luigi Mangione prayer candles. I had a couple day suspension a few years earlier for saying that rapist we’re never going to be prosecuted in our system and that the only way women were going to get justice is if they sought it themselves through vigilante justice. So yeah pretty mild but I’m permanently shadow banned

You can unless you can’t. I would say all sorts of shit, then get violated for stuff that isn’t even against the rules. Or mildly questionable. Like saying Musk should’ve been launched into space with his rocket, didn’t say forcibly or anything about him getting hurt. Last one I just called joe rogan a cynical cunt, tried to like how he leads his flock to better outcomes on some issues but can’t get past his bad faith pretending, like pretending to believe the president’s lawsuits were in good faith, or his castigating all environmental protesters.

Threatening violence. Meanwhile I called for luigi inspired stuff that would have qualified like a thousand times, and so much else. I am pretty sure you get on a list from connected influence groups and then administration finds a pretext to violate you on another subject. Israel but other stuff too.

Nonsense. I have commented many times that we should shoot the fuckers and have not been reprimanded even once by a mod. A few broke wristed pacifist users have mewled their utter cowardice and willingness to submit to the mercies of these fascist pigs.

ICE will have to be broken with hammers falling on firing pins.

Because the internets are fickle and capricious. Also because you probably pissed off some influence operative that is connected, and they got you on the list where administration finds a pretext on an unrelated subject to violate you. Not just Israel but especially them.
