He either says “fake news”, when the news comes up, that Trump is not racist, that Trump is racist but he doesn’t care because he hates the Arabs and “illegal” Latinos too, and thinks that it was people like Renee Good’s fault for getting shot. Not only that, but he constantly misgenders me even when I’m genderfluid and use he/;him sometimes too and thinks transgender and nonbinary people don’t exist. Just wanted to share that.
Yet I’m still kind of attached to him…
When Trump crosses the tippingpoint, & overthrows the constitution, turning the US into a rampaging dictatorship, you may need to … go no-contact with him.
Protect your life, even if it means severing relationships.

I expect Trump to use the Insurrection-Act to overthrown the constitution, & to denaturalize all the non-Republicans, in the elegantest “coup” in history, then … well, everybody who isn’t Republican, then gets ICE’d, which is why he’s built them up in the 1st place…
the denaturalization-law & ICE are simply 2 parts of the SAME weapon.
There won’t be any reasoning with “the other side”, once that phase-change has happened: the 2 sides will simply deathmatch until there’s nothing left of the US, next-decade, sometime.
IOW the ever-accelerating escalation … is going to continue accelerating its escalation, until the phasechange/tippingpoint has been crossed.
