It’s the Radical Design Cyclone IV Chubby. It isn’t cheap, but I love it! I’ve used it to bike to/from the airport, and then the wheels come off and I can put them and my Brompton inside and check it. I’ll post more pictures of that at some point when I can dig them up and if I remember I’ll comment a link here
