…oh so a secretary then. Sorry I just assumed because of the stethosvope and scrubs. You guys are so important. Can you point me towards a doctor?

I feel for every woman in a high leveled job. Being assumed for reception, secretary, things, so much suck after going through all the work!

Saying something that gets ignored which is then 30 seconds later repeated by a man (who is brilliant for it)–needs some punch-up to fit on the card. ‘Man applauded for rephrasing you’ or to hyperbole ‘man promoted for your idea’?

‘Naturally cautious’ or ‘not bold enough’ (from a guy with a prius and a consumer reports subscription, while i still have a broken finger, tear gas in my lungs, and acid in my csf from the previous evening)

Or doesn’t take you seriously by doing this: “doesn’t like your answer so goes behind your back to ask a male colleague who gives the same reply which is respected”

    She’s too friendly.

    She’s a bitch.

    She prioritizes her children.

    She can’t drive.

    She gets paid too much.

She can’t be promoted, she’s only good as an assistant.

She uses too much make up.

    She doesn’t dress nice enough.

She would be better bent over.

People must be real fucking sexist at your workplaces because I believe I’ve never heard any of these said at mine.
