I was watching college baseball the other day, and they had the their pitcher also serving as the DH? I was sad when the NL got the DH, but this seems like a strange way to do it. Is that common in college ball, or was this just one weird school?

    Fuck the DH

With that said, I believe MLB implemented a rule for Ohtani in this situation. If the pitcher is the DH and they come out of the game for pitching, they will be allowed to bat in the DH’s spot for the remainder of the game.
