The U.S. Senate passed legislation Wednesday that would nullify U.S. tariffs on Canada, less than a week after Donald Trump said all trade talk with its northern neighbour are terminated.

And then what? The courts have no enforcement arm. I believe your founding fathers didn’t see how corrupt we would become.
