All good on my side (https://perchance.org/clean-text2image). I think that user is generating some violating content (e.g. child porn etc) hitting the gallery auto-delete filter. Normal NSFW are working fine (too fine on my gen =.=").
Definitely not technical error.
I initially thoughts it might be the hideIfScoreIsBelow and mass downvote. But since there seems no such setting in BP. It might just be the user error.

This seems unlikely it was generating topless characters when i didn’t even ask for it recently .maybe there has been a botched censorship attempt in some regions
