"We discussed the development of the South-East European region in terms of energy, transport and digital connectivity, which is related to what is happening in Ukraine and Israel. Europe can no longer afford to be disconnected, to have no roads connecting neighboring countries, to have no energy connectivity and thus turns out to be dependent on external factors," said Bulgarian Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov.
