I would suggest indeed consider locking down this community (you can probably ask @Lazycog@sopuli.xyz to do so), and add a post about redirecting to !television@piefed.social , the same way !television@lemmy.world does: https://lemmy.world/post/31113924 The community can always be unlocked later if we need to. The Lemmy userbase isn’t large enough to sustain niche communities, maybe later. For now, it makes more sense to regroup on more generalist ones.
