Radar is extremely good at detecting things with large flat surfaces pointed towards it. The cybertruck has a MASSIVE radar cross section from above due to the flat panels its made of (source: trust me bro). It wouldn’t be very useful as target practice for real vehicles, but I’d wager its absolutely fantastic for finding software errors early in the development/testing process of new airborne radar
