While traveling across a barren landscape, caveman Yor arrives at a village in time to save the people from a dinosaur attack. During a feast held in his honor, Yor manages to rescue beautiful Ka-Laa and her guardian, Pag from a raid by a hostile neighboring tribe. After being told about another woman who wears the same mysterious medallion he has always had, Yor and his new companions set out to find her and learn about his destiny.
This movie is basically Yor visiting different civilizations and all of them getting wiped out. Yor solves everything with violence. At one point he rides a dead pterodactyl or something as a hangglider and dropkicks a caveman. This movie rules.
Dude! I just watched this and, quite literally, yelled to no one but myself, “come on!”
That jumped the shark a bit. But, then it jumps more sharks later.
I’m now a fan! 🥰
It goes on for so long you forget the “of the future” part and suddenly there are space ships and lasers.
