Join me July 1 at DOKK1 practicing techniques for saving food waste together 💚 The library has some cool resources for this too, like a dehydrator, and REMA is providing food waste.

    Du laver nogle nice ting :) Jeg gav en eddikemoder til den grønne bibliotikar, kan ikke helt huske hvad hun hedder, jeg håber den lever og er i brug :)

        @seraf @aarhus Det var det, jeg faldt i snak med hende på vores lokale bibliotet :)

        Cool! Det er en rigtigt god moder, den producerer virkelige fine æblenoter og en ganske mild syrlighed.

    @aarhus update: the first food preserving cafe was so fun! 💚 We made chutney, pickles, sauerkraut, water kefir and more!
