The introduction of alarm lists on cell phones has done wonders at not managing to help me establish a sane sleeping pattern and/or waking hours!❤️
It has managed to annoy every single flatmate I’ve ever had, though!
The three alarms 15 minutes apart would be so frustrating to me. I feel like it would be constant interruptions to my day.
I like to set the alarm clock to wake me up at 3 am, it’s wonderful to wake up and know that I have a few more hours to sleep
