Reddit mods are so ban heavy you can’t even be correct on a controversial topic without being banned. I don’t think any of the other sites allow talk of controversial topics. So it’s expected to me that Twitter would have a lot of misinfo.

Facebook probably has so much misinfo but it’s not being spewed by prominent people so it doesn’t rise to everyone’s feeds.
