Iunno-- in this day and age, it has gotten harder and harder for me to believe that anarchism wasn’t just a federal bred-and-gestated op from the jump; 'cause unless the extreme unlikelihood that even a large part of ‘posters’ calling themselves anarchists turned out to be Eglin-controlled sockpuppets that all got the same firmware push comes out, then it’s too goddamn many of them for this tunnel-visioned focus. Leads me to believe this push is coming from somewhere ‘insitutional’ to the anarchist ideology-- at least, as institutional as those nominally against institutions would be able to tolerate.

people say there’s not many anarchists on hexbear but idk about that. When I browse there it’s come to a point where I don’t ask myself the ideology of the person I’m talking to – or reading – and it’s how it should be on this type of space.
